Another glitch

October 27, 2009

I just realized that if anyone was trying to contact me through the new website contact link that those messages have not been getting through. It would give you a message that sending your information was successful, but I have not received those messages. If you were trying to get in touch with me that way I apologize if you have not heard anything from me. I am hoping to get that fixed soon. For now if you would like to reach me you can contact me by the “contact” tab at the top of my blog or email me at julie@julieanderson-photography.com. Sorry for any inconvenience.

My new website is here!

October 22, 2009

The link to the new website should be working now. Thank you for your patience while the new site was being launched. The new website allows for clients to have the ability to order prints from their own viewing gallery. I have had a few requests to order prints through me and that should make the process easier. I will still post sneak peaks on the blog so keep checking here for those updates.

Lindsy {senior}

October 20, 2009

I got the opportunity to work with this amazing senior.  She was so much fun and was up for trying just about anything.  It was about 50 degrees when we were shooting, unusually cold for this time of year.  She brought her robe and to warm up between locations, but you can not tell how cold it was from the pictures, she looks gorgeous!

Ashley and I are friends from college. Things have changed a little since we first met–she is now married and has a sweet little girl. It was so much fun to spend a morning hanging out with her and her adorable family. You can tell they love being parents and adore their little girl.

Thanks for driving to Kansas City, I can’t wait until you get to see the rest of your pictures. It was hard to narrow it down to the few I posted.

Baby Delaney {newborn}

October 6, 2009

 When Melissa contacted me this summer to see if I would be available to take  pictures of her soon-to-be born baby girl I was thrilled. I had taken pictures of her son Mason earlier in the summer for his one year pictures. Melissa was set to deliver right around when I was planning on starting up again, it could not have worked out better. She wanted to capture the early moments, while they were still at the hospital. The first thing I noticed when I arrived was how big Mason had gotten. He was barely walking when I had seen him over the summer  and here he was running and climbing everywhere! Baby Delany was so sweet and delicate, I loved hearing those newborn sounds, I even enjoyed hearing her soft cry.

It is such a joy to be able to form new friendships and to get to see families grow and change. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of that special time.
